The Cathedral of St. Lawrence

The Cathedral of St. Lawrence (Katedrala Sv. Lovre) is Trogir's most important religious building and a prime example of Romanesque-Gothic architecture in Croatia.

Construction began in the 13th century and continued over several centuries, resulting in a beautiful blend of architectural styles. The cathedral houses Radovan's famous portal, a treasury with valuable religious artifacts, and a bell tower offering panoramic views of the town. The interior features works by notable Venetian and Dalmatian artists.
